Exciting Sneak Peek: Unveiling the Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 in a Captivating Pre-launch Video!

Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 has unveiled a 12-minute video titled “The Final Test” ahead of the launch of the Himalayan 452. The company has officially announced that the launch will take place in India on November 7, 2023. The Himalayan 452 is expected to be presented with five color options in India, featuring a comprehensive design and mechanical components tailored for off-roading.

The video showcases the Himalayan 452 covering a journey of over 5000 kilometers, starting from Royal Enfield’s Chennai plant, passing through Udipi en route to Bengaluru, and making a stop in Goa before reaching Pune. The video reveals details about its features and styling, including turn indicators, LED units, and a brand-new round instrument cluster.

The design incorporates a combination of white and green colors, with a new frame and divided seats in green. Other features include an LED headlamp, a long transparent windscreen, metal tank braces, a large fuel tank, rubberized rider footpegs, metal pillion footpegs, and an LED tail lamp at the rear.

After watching the IV video of the Himalayan 452, a list of features has emerged. It includes a new round LED instrument cluster providing detailed information such as turn-by-turn navigation, speedometer, tachometer, trip meter, gear position, fuel gauge, and real-time data. The display is divided into two segments, with navigation on the upper side and additional information on the lower side.

Powered by a liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, fuel-injected engine, the Himalayan 452 generates 40bhp of power and a peak torque of 40-45nm. It is paired with a 6-speed gearbox.

To handle suspension duties, the Himalayan 452 features upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock. The braking system includes dual-channel ABS on both wheels, coupled with a single disc brake.
